Are you a Multi-Skilled / Multi-Trade Engineer looking for a secure mobile role?

We are working with a leading Facilities Management provider who is expanding their team and looking for a Building Fabric Engineer to cover commercial sites across Leicester and the surrounding areas.

You''ll be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance, carrying out general building fabric repairs across a variety of commercial sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Carpentry - doors, locks and general woodwork
• Basic plumbing - taps, toilets and basins
• Painting and decorating - making good and touch-ups
• General DIY and building repairs
• Planned and reactive maintenance
• Internal and occasional external works

What We''re Looking For

• Previous experience in a similar multi-trade/fabric maintenance role
• Strong practical skills and a can-do attitude
• Carpentry or multi-trade background
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Full UK driving licence
