The successful candidate will be responsible for the inspection, maintenance, repair and upkeep of building fabric and associated elements across a range of commercial and/or industrial properties. You will ensure buildings remain safe, secure, weatherproof and compliant, while delivering high-quality planned and reactive maintenance services. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs and building fabric inspections. Inspect and maintain roofs, walls, ceilings, floors, doors, windows and external building elements. Undertake repairs to brickwork, plasterwork, concrete, render, sealants, finishes and other building materials. Carry out minor carpentry, joinery, decorating and general building repairs. Repair and maintain doors, locks, hinges, closers and other associated hardware. Identify defects, damage and potential building-fabric issues and recommend appropriate remedial works.
