This is a hands-on role involving general building fabric maintenance, repairs and upkeep across the site. Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out general building fabric repairs and maintenance.Undertake painting and decorating works as required.Carry out ironmongery repairs and replacements, including doors, locks, hinges and handles.Complete general handyman and maintenance tasks across the site.Identify defects and carry out appropriate repairs.Assist with maintaining the building fabric in a safe and presentable condition.Respond to maintenance requests and complete works within agreed timescales.Work safely and in accordance with site procedures and health and safety requirements.
