As Engineering Lead for the account, you''ll be the most senior technical person on one of the most demanding and prestigious contracts in the sector.This isn''t a hands-on engineering role. It''s a leadership position with part technical authority, part strategic planner, part client director. You''ll set engineering standards across all sites, lead a team of Technical Leads and Subject Matter Experts, and make sure the entire operation runs safely, compliantly, and cost-effectively.When something serious happens, a major system failure, a compliance finding, a regulatory inspection then you will be the person who steps in.
