Building Control Surveyor

My client in Essex is seeking a Class 2 Building Control Surveyor to join their service on an interim contract. This will be a long term assisgnment, offering a very copetitive rate Inside of IR35. 

They are looking for you to comeplete daily site visits, completing plan checking from home with little office present required. 

The rate for this role will depend on your Class, but they are paying within the range of £50-65 per hour. This equates to a takehome range of £4882 to £6088 in your backpocket per month.
