Building Control Officer/Surveyor

The Role As a Building Control Surveyor / Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Building Regulations and associated legislation across a range of residential and commercial developments. You will work closely with developers, architects, contractors, and homeowners to provide professional guidance and inspections throughout the construction process. Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out site inspections to assess compliance with Building Regulations and relevant legislationReview plans, specifications, and technical submissionsProvide clear technical advice and guidance to clients and stakeholdersPrepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate recordsSupport projects from initial application through to completion certificationEnsure high standards of customer service and professional conduct at all timesRequirementsMust be a Registered Building Inspector (RBI)Minimum classification: RBI Class 2AStrong knowledge of current Building Regulations and construction practicesExcellent communication and report-writing skillsAbility to manage workload independently and efficientlyFull UK driving licence preferredWhat We OfferSalary up to 65,000 depending on experienceHybrid working ..... full job details .....
