Building Control Manager

Are you an experienced Registered Building Inspector looking to step into a leadership role, or perhaps you''re already managing a team and fancy a fresh challenge?

Due to continued growth, a well-established and highly respected RBCA is looking to appoint a Regional Manager to lead an experienced Building Control team across the East Midlands region.

This is definitely a role for someone who enjoys the technical side of Building Control but also wants to play a bigger role in mentoring staff, developing clients, and helping drive the success of the business.

You''ll be responsible for providing both technical and commercial leadership, supporting a team of Registered Building Inspectors while working closely with senior management to drive performance, compliance, client satisfaction, and business growth.

This is a role where you''ll have real influence, helping shape the future of the team while continuing to utilise your Building Control expertise.

You''ll ideally be:

RBI registered at Class 2D or above
Experienced in leading, mentoring, or managing a team
Commercially minded with a proactive approach to business development
Confident building relationships with clients and colleagues alike
