You will help ensure all maintenance records are accurately maintained and support the delivery of planned preventative maintenance programmes.Key responsibilities include:Carrying out routine inspections and statutory compliance checks across multiple properties.Testing and recording emergency lighting, fire alarms, intruder alarms, fire safety equipment, emergency exits and water hygiene systems.Maintaining accurate maintenance records, certificates and building logbooks using electronic systems.Carrying out minor maintenance tasks identified during inspections.Recording utility meter readings and monitoring building services. ..... full job details .....
