Building Compliance Engineer, Air Tightness Testing, COR7527We''re seeking a Building Compliance Engineer to join a consultancy specialising in Building Regulations compliance. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with air tightness testing experience to join a fast growing team!The RoleAs a Building Compliance Engineer, you''ll carry out air tightness testing in line with Part L requirements, as well as ventilation testing and commissioning under Part F where required. You''ll work closely with colleagues and clients to ensure compliance across a variety of residential and commercial projects.You''ll also play a key role in maintaining strong working relationships with clients and helping to deliver projects efficiently from start to finish.The CompanyOur client is an established provider of compliance services across the construction sector, including air tightness testing and ventilation commissioning.
