      <description>Location: Leiston | Salary: &amp;pound;70000 - &amp;pound;90000/annum | Type: Permanent | Role- Building Architectural CEL   Job Type- Permanent    Salary- Depending on Experience   Location- London, United Kingdom    -   Skills &amp; Experience   Essential    Proven experience managing design delivery on large, complex infrastructure projects  Strong background in nuclear, high-security, or highly regulated environments  Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary engineering teams  Strong understanding of building design, construction processes, and UK standards  Knowledge of RIBA Plan of Work (or equivalent design lifecycle frameworks)  Understanding of nuclear safety principles, CDM regulations, and regulatory compliance  Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills  Strong organisational and leadership capability  -   Desirable    Experience designing facilities against internal and external hazard requirements  Familiarity with engineering design tools and digital design platforms  Experience working within major capital programmes or complex infrastructure projects  Knowledge of UK nuclear regulatory frameworks  Additional language skills (e.g. French) advantageous  -   Qualifications    Degree (or equivalent) in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Architectur...</description>
