The Role   As the Building and Service Supervisor, you''ll: Supervise PPM, reactive maintenance, additional works and emergency response activities. Lead day and shift engineers across mechanical, electrical and building fabric services. Maintain quality assurance procedures and accurate electrical maintenance records. Organise engineering shift patterns and duty rosters across the operation. Support improvements to SOPs, EOPs and technical maintenance solutions.
