About the Role As a Building and Maintenance Officer, you will support the day-to-day operation of BIMM''s campus buildings, ensuring facilities, equipment and shared spaces are safe, well maintained and ready to support teaching, learning and wider student activity. You''ll help keep campus buildings and facilities running efficiently, responding to maintenance needs and supporting day-to-day operational activity. What You''ll Do: Support the day-to-day operation of campus buildings, ensuring teaching spaces, shared areas and facilities are appropriately prepared and maintained. Coordinate the opening and closing of buildings in line with agreed procedures and security requirements. Take ownership of building presentation, identifying and resolving issues that affect the campus environment.
