The role provides operational leadership to the Building and Maintenance team, ensuring that facilities are safe, functional and effectively support teaching, learning and campus activity.What You''ll DoWorking within established University policies and procedures, the postholder acts as a first point of contact for Building and Maintenance services on campus, providing guidance to colleagues, coordinating activity, and resolving operational issues.
