Building and Construction Project Manager Location: BelfastContract: 12-month contract (high likelihood of extension)Working pattern: Full-time, on-site 36 hours per week (4.5 days) About the role We''re looking for an experienced Building and Construction Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-value, site-based construction projects in Belfast. This is a client-side role, ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership of projects from early concept through to successful handover, while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You''ll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards-working closely with internal teams, external partners and senior stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. What you''ll be doing As a Building and Construction Project Manager, you''ll be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of construction projects, including: Leading client-side construction projects from feasibility and design through to completion and handover Developing and managing project delivery plans, CAPEX business cases, and risk and opportunity registers Providing clear leadership and direction to multi-disciplinary project teams and stakeholders Managing budgets, controlling expenditure and ensuring resources are used effectively Ensuring all project documentation is accurate, compliant and kept up to date Maintaining strong health and safety standards across all project activities Identifying, managing and ..... full job details .....
