Building and Construction Project Leader Role Overview A contract opportunity is available for an experienced Building and Construction Project Leader to lead capital investment projects from initial feasibility through to design, delivery and final handover. Based in Stevenage, the Building and Construction Project Leader will be responsible for managing multidisciplinary teams, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring projects are delivered safely, compliantly and to agreed objectives within the building services and construction industry. Working on a range of refurbishment, infrastructure and plant replacement projects in Stevenage, this Building and Construction Project Leader role offers the opportunity to oversee the full project lifecycle within the building services and construction industry. Contract Details Contract opportunity Location: Stevenage Industry: Building Services and Construction Duration: 12 Months Rate: Up to £40ph Umbrella Inside IR35 Responsibilities Lead and manage multi-functional project teams across all project phases. Deliver CAPEX projects from feasibility and business case development through to final handover. Develop, maintain and monitor project delivery plans. Identify, assess and manage project risks and opportunities. Prepare detailed design briefs for building services, refurbishment and major plant replacement projects.
