      <description>Location: Belfast | Salary: &amp;pound;35000 - &amp;pound;45000/annum + van + overtime | Type: Permanent | CONSTRUCTION PROFESSIONALS /-MULTI-TRADE SPECIALISTS - DOMESTIC OIL CONTAMINATION REINSTATEMENT    PERMANENT ROLES-   NORTHERN IRELAND   I''m partnering with several established UK contaminated land consultancies who provide specialist services to insurance providers.  We''re seeking skilled tradespeople with a strong background in building, construction, and multi-trade disciplines. Experience working on domestic properties affected by heating oil contamination would be a significant advantage, though not a requirement.  The ideal candidates will be versatile professionals with proven experience in domestic property restoration. Skills in bricklaying, block paving, and groundworks are particularly valued.  These are permanent, home-based positions, with office facilities available throughout Northern Ireland.  Plant machinery certifications (digger/dumper) would be beneficial but are not mandatory.   Salary: -35,000 - -45,000-    CANDIDATES MUST HAVE;    FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE    THE RIGHT TO WORK IN THE UK (SPONSORSHIP WONT BE PROVIDED)</description>
