Builder/Multi-TradeSalary: Up to £55,000 per annumLocation: UK Wide, extensive travel requiredAccommodation: Digs providedAdditional Benefits: Food allowanceCSCS Requirement: Blue CSCS Card minimum The Role Zeal Recruitment is working with an established construction business looking for an experienced Builder / Multi-Trade to join their team on a UK-wide basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson who is confident working across multiple disciplines and is happy to travel throughout the UK. You will work on a variety of projects and will report directly to the Director of the business, playing an important role in delivering high-quality workmanship. Key Responsibilities • Carry out a wide range of building and multi-trade works across UK-wide projects.• Undertake roofing, carpentry and plastering works to a high standard.• Complete repairs, maintenance and general building works as required.• Read and work from drawings and project specifications where required.• Maintain a high standard of workmanship, professionalism and health and safety.• Work independently and as part of a wider team.• Travel to sites throughout the UK as required.• Communicate effectively with the Director and other site personnel.• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and within agreed timescales.
