Job Title: Build Technician
Location: Yarnton
Salary: Up to £42k depending on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm (40 hours per week)
Contract Type: Permanent

We are currently recruiting for a skilled Build Technician to join a growing and innovative team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, assembling high-quality mechanical products, with the potential to secure a permanent position.

Key responsibilities for the Build Technician:

• Carry out mechanical assembly in line with company standards
• Work confidently from Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)and work instructions
• Ensure builds meet quality and safety requirements
• Identify and report any issues or improvements within the assembly process
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment

The Build Technician should have the following skills and experience:

• Proven experience in mechanical assembly
• Ability to accurately follow technical instructions, SOPs, and drawings
• Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
• Experience in a prototype or R&D environmentwould be highly advantageous
• A proactive and team-oriented attitude
