Build Engineer - IaC Support and Configuration

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Build Engineer - IaC Support and Configuration to support a major Maximo upgrade and migration programme within the Aerospace and Defence sector. The programme involves the technical upgrade and lift-and-shift migration of an existing Maximo 7.6 environment running on Oracle to Maximo Application Suite (MAS) 9.x running on DB2, hosted in Azure Cloud. The successful candidate will focus on Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Azure infrastructure automation, OpenShift/ARO deployment automation and CI/CD pipeline engineering. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions for Azure environments. Use Terraform, Bicep and/or Ansible to automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration. Automate OpenShift / Azure Red Hat OpenShift (ARO) deployments. Develop and maintain automated deployment processes. Design, develop and support CI/CD pipelines. Automate build, configuration and release activities. Troubleshoot infrastructure provisioning and deployment issues. Support configuration management across development, test and production environments. Collaborate with DevOps, infrastructure and application teams to resolve technical issues. Support the technical upgrade and migration of Maximo environments. Contribute to environment standardisation and repeatable deployment processes.
