BTR Senior Property Manager

Our client is a leading, upmarket residential property investment and development company, and they are currently looking to recruit a BTR Senior Property Manager to join their thriving BTR division in Bishop''s Stortford. They are a well-established and respected business, and they are now looking for a proactive, customer-focused professional to be the operational owner of their development and take pride in its performance, presentation and resident experience. Success in this role means creating a building that is well run, well maintained and compliant; where residents receive an excellent and responsive service; where issues are identified and resolved proactively; and where operational performance, costs and standards are managed effectively. You will work closely with the head of property operations, lettings partners, contractors and other teams, while retaining day-to-day ownership and accountability for the successful operation of their development. Personal specification: Strong residential property management or Build-to-Rent experience A good working knowledge of current UK private rented sector legislation, including the Renters'' Rights Act 2025 Excellent customer service and resident relationship skills A proactive approach with the ability to identify and resolve problems independently Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping Confidence managing ..... full job details .....
