BTR Facilities Manager

At Centrick, we''re looking for a proactive and commercially minded Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance, safety and performance of our residential and commercial developments. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced facilities or maintenance professional to take ownership of building standards, contractor performance and compliance across our Build to Rent (BTR) and Asset Management portfolios. Working closely with Asset Managers, Property Managers and site-based teams, you''ll ensure our developments are maintained to the highest standards, operate within agreed budgets and deliver excellent value for our clients. What You''ll Be Doing No two days are the same, but the tasks below offer a glimpse of what to expect. Carry out site inspections, identify risks and ensure buildings are maintained to a high standard. Oversee planned preventative and reactive maintenance programmes. Manage contractors and suppliers, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to the required standard. Lead tendering and procurement processes, negotiating contracts and securing value for money. Ensure statutory compliance, accurate records and timely completion of remedial actions. Support long-term maintenance planning, capital expenditure projects and building lifecycle strategies.
