Tradewind are searching for experienced BSL Teaching Assistant''s to join us this academic year! These roles are ideal for compassionate, motivated individuals who are committed to inclusive education and making a real difference in the lives of students with hearing impairments.

**About the Role **

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to Deaf students
• Use BSL to facilitate effective communication and learning
• Work closely with Teachers of the Deaf and SEN teams
• Help create an inclusive and accessible learning environment

**Requirements**

• A BSL qualification
• OR significant experience supporting as a BSL Teaching Assistant in educational settings
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for supporting SEN learners
• DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
