A fantastic secondary school located in the Bebington area is eager to add a hard-working, naturally outgoing and personable BSL Teaching Assistant to their teaching support department in a full-time role for the remainder of the academic year.
In this role as a BSL Teaching Assistant, the successful candidate will be required to communicate using BSL to support learning and social engagement for a Year 11 student throughout the academic year in preparation for their GCSEs.

BSL Teaching Assistant - Role Information:
- Utilising BSL skillset to tailor and conduct learning experiences
- Supporting the academic progression of Year 11 BSL students
- Be a consistent foundation of all-round support for student
- Build genuine rapport with student across the academic year
- Monday to Friday role - September 2025 to July 2026
- Paid -100 per day during term time only - FREE online CPD courses

BSL Teaching Assistant - Applicant Requirements:
- Holds a Level 2 or above BSL qualification
- Naturally outgoing, personable and reliable individual
- In depth knowledge of British Sign Language and techniques
- Prior experience supporting children or young people with SEN
- Ability to tailor session plans around relevant curriculum topic
