Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Team Manager to join the Referral and Assessment Team for Bromley Council. Duties and Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Referral and Assessment Team, ensuring effective service delivery. Supervise and support Social Workers, Senior Social Workers, and support staff through regular supervision and performance management. Oversee the screening and assessment of referrals, ensuring timely and appropriate responses to safeguarding concerns. Ensure that all assessments are completed to a high standard and within statutory timescales. Provide leadership in complex casework, offering guidance and decision-making support on high-risk cases. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, statutory guidance, and local safeguarding procedures. Work collaboratively with partner agencies to ensure coordinated and effective interventions for children and families. Monitor team performance against key performance indicators and drive service improvement. Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records and ensure high-quality reporting. Working Pattern: Hybrid working Pay Rate: 45.20 p/h Umbrella Essential Requirements: Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent Social Work England Registration Significant experience within Referral and Assessment / Frontline Children''s Services Previous management or supervisory experience within a social work setting Strong knowledge ..... full job details .....
