Broking Manager

Our client is a well-established and respected insurance brokerage with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional service to both clients and insurer partners. As part of their continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Broking Manager to become a key figure within the business, acting as the primary liaison between the brokerage and its insurer panel whilst supporting major client relationships and helping to drive technical excellence across the team. This is a full time, permanent role paying up to and around £65,000 plus bonus and benefits. This is a highly visible role that combines insurer relationship management, technical broking expertise and stakeholder engagement, making it ideal for an ambitious insurance professional looking to take the next step in their career. The Role As Broking Manager, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening and developing insurer relationships, ensuring the business remains a valued trading partner whilst securing the best possible outcomes for clients. You will be the key point of contact for insurers, helping to improve engagement, facilitate regular communication and identify opportunities to enhance trading performance.
