KS2 Teacher Job in Bridgwater

Hays Education are working in partnership with a welcoming and supportive primary school in Bridgwater to recruit a passionate and dedicated Key Stage 2 Teacher on a part-time basis from September.

The Role

As a KS2 Teacher, you will:

• Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
• Assess, monitor and support pupil progress.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils.
• Work closely with teaching assistants, colleagues and parents to support pupil outcomes.
• Contribute to the school''s high standards of teaching and learning.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who has:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Recent experience teaching within Key Stage 2.
• Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum.
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
• A nurturing and child-centred approach to teaching.
• The ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff and families.
