This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 12 months'' bridging underwriting experience who is looking to develop their expertise within a growing lending business.Responsibilities for the Role of Bridging Underwriter:Underwrite bridging loan applications from initial assessment through to completion, in line with lending policies.Liaise with brokers, solicitors, and valuers to ensure cases progress efficiently.Assess and manage risk throughout the case lifecycle.Coordinate funding for cases approaching completion.Monitor pipeline activity, case progress, and individual KPIs.Contribute to improving ..... full job details .....
