This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in bridging, property finance, mortgages or specialist lending who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and taking ownership of cases from application through to completion. The Role Manage a portfolio of bridging cases from application through to completion. Liaise with brokers, borrowers, solicitors, valuers and internal lending teams. Coordinate outstanding information, documentation and lending conditions. Proactively manage cases to ensure transactions complete within agreed timescales.
