Bridging Business Development Manager
Business Development Manager (Bridging) Warrington 35k- 50k plus bonus The Role As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through the development of broker, introducer and professional relationships. You will work closely with the Head of Sales, Underwriting Team and Operations Team to identify, structure and convert lending opportunities whilst delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the process. The successful candidate will already possess a strong understanding of the bridging finance market and will ideally have an established network of active broker relationships that can be developed further within the role. You will be expected to represent the business professionally within the market and become a trusted point of contact for brokers seeking specialist property finance solutions. Responsibilities Generate new lending opportunities across our Finance''s product range. Develop and maintain a portfolio of active broker and introducer relationships Conduct regular broker meetings, presentations and relationship reviews. Identify and onboard new broker relationships. Build and maintain a sustainable pipeline of lending opportunities. Achieve agreed lending and business development targets. Actively promote our products and lending proposition.
