As a Bridging and development Specialist, you will be responsible for arranging bridging and development finance solutions for property investors and developers. Responsibilities include:Assessing client needsSourcing suitable lending solutionsLiaising with lenders and stakeholdersEnsuring a seamless and professional serviceQualificationsStrong expertise in Mortgage Marketing and Mortgage LendingProficient knowledge of Mortgages and Finance conceptsExcellent Customer Service skills with a commitment to delivering top-quality experiencesStrong interpersonal and communication skills for client and partner engagementPrevious experience in property finance or a related field is highly advantageousUnderstanding of regulatory compliance within the mortgage and property finance industryRelevant certifications or qualifications in finance or mortgages CeMAP or equivalent.
