Continuous coverage of Potton and Havengore Bridges is required during tidal periods-typically from two hours before to two hours after high tide-seven days per week. Key Capabilities/Knowledge Operate bridge controls in accordance with procedures to allow the safe passage of road, and marine traffic. Maintain continuous observation of rivers Respond promptly to vessel requests and schedule bridge movements appropriately. Ensure barriers, alarms, and warning systems are functioning before each operation. Work independently for extended periods during nights or low?traffic shifts. Maintain vigilance and situational awareness at all times. Complete handover reports at the start and end of each shift.
