      <description>Location: Leeds | Salary: &amp;pound;40000 - &amp;pound;50000/annum | Type: Permanent | As an experienced bridge design engineer, you will provide valuable design input to our clif ents bridges and multidisciplinary civil-structural engineering projects. You will be supported throughout by senior members of our bridge teams in Ireland and the UK.     Duties and responsibilities    Work with existing and new bridge and civil structures across a range of materials and forms, superstructure, substructure, foundation and articulation elements  Participate in early project stages, including scoping, specifying and interpreting surveys, inspection and investigative works, optioneering and scheme design  Undertake preliminary and detailed design work, including structural analytical modelling, calculations etc.  Assisting in the production of drawings   Prepare documents, including technical reports, specifications and contract documents  Supporting the delivery of projects within agreed timeframes  Undertake independent design checking and provide construction stage technical support  Interface with clients from local and national authorities, consultants and design-and-build contractors amongst others       Essential requirements    A minimum of three years'' post-qualific...</description>
