Role Overview: The Site Managers are responsible for the day-to-day supervision and management of brickwork construction projects. They ensure that work is completed safely, on time, to the required quality standards, and within budget. The Site Manager is a key point of contact between site operatives, subcontractors, and senior management. Key Responsibilities: Management and Coordination Manage daily site operations and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers. Ensure all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with programme requirements. Implement and maintain site standards for cleanliness, organisation, and professionalism. Conduct daily briefings and toolbox talks with site teams.   Health, Safety, and Compliance Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures.
