This role combines hands-on workshop delivery with classroom-based theory teaching, helping learners build the practical skills, technical knowledge, and professional behaviours needed for industry success.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver engaging practical workshop sessions and classroom theory lessonsTeach across Brickwork programmesSupport learners through assessments, tutorials, and progress reviewsDevelop lesson plans, schemes of work, and learning resourcesMaintain a safe, organised, and industry-standard workshop environmentConduct learner interviews and initial assessmentsProvide constructive feedback to support learner achievement and progressionContribute to curriculum development and quality improvement initiativesWork with internal and external quality assurance processesPromote employability skills, professionalism, and health and safety best practiceIdeal BackgroundLevel 3 qualification (or higher) in BrickworkStrong industry background within bricklaying and masonryTeaching qualification desirable, though training can be providedGood communication and workshop management skillsPassion for mentoring and developing apprentices/studentsStrong understanding of current industry standards and ..... full job details .....
