Bricklaying Quantity Surveyor

A qualified quantity surveyor specialising in Brickwork is a MUST, responsible for cost planning, measurements, procurement and financial management of masonry works include brickwork, blockwork, and relevant materials.-

The role involves working closely with project managers, contractors and clients to minimise cost and ensure profitability.-

Key Responsibilities :-

Cost Estimation and budgeting-

Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and cost Plan

Analyse drawings, specifications and project documents to calculate quantities-

Monitor project budget and identify potential cost risks-

Measurements and Take Offs :-

Perform accurate quantity take offs for - Brickwork, Blockwork, Mortar, Reinforcement and Sundries / accessories-

Salary - -60K-

Hours Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm - Office based-
