In this workshop-based role, you will deliver practical bricklaying classes to small groups of adult learners, guiding them to achieve trade-standard qualifications, build confidence, and secure post-release employment in the construction industry. What You Will Be DoingPractical Trade Instruction: Plan and deliver engaging, hands-on bricklaying and masonry sessions, guiding learners from basic blockwork through to formal trade qualifications.Trade Standards and Workplace Habits: Instill key industry standards, professional brickwork techniques, site safety, tool discipline, and strong workplace behaviours.Student Progression: Support learners through individual course pathways, tracking progress and helping them develop skills applicable to site work upon release or within prison-based work ..... full job details .....
