Start Date: ASAP
Contract Duration: 3+ Months
Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00, 37 Hours per week
Pay rate: £ 15.22 per hour

Responsibilities
- Perform bricklaying and plastering tasks as required by the Facilities and Environmental Services department.
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard in compliance with health and safety legislation.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress.
- Adapt to varying work schedules and tasks as required by the department.
- Proven experience in wet construction trades, specifically in bricklaying and plastering.
- Strong understanding of health and safety legislation related to construction work.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Flexibility in working hours and the ability to adapt to changing tasks and priorities.
- Valid driving licence is required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
