Bricklayer/Multi Skilled Tradesperson

Our client is looking for a skilled and reliable Bricklayer and Multi-Trader to join their team for a range of renovation projects across Oldham. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a variety of tasks including Joinery, Plumbing, Plastering, and Painting, helping to transform properties to a high standard.

Position:-Multi-Trader
Location:-Oldham and surrounding areas
Duration:-2 Years (Ongoing Work)
Pay:160 per day (negotiable based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Undertaking various renovation tasks including joinery, plumbing, plastering, and painting.
• Ensuring work is completed to high standards in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment on site.
• Working closely with other tradespeople to ensure project deadlines are met.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Multi-Trader with a strong background in multiple trades.
• A valid CSCS Blue Card is essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Own tools and transport preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
