Works include: Carefully remove the existing liftable floor plate at the fire door threshold. Prepare the existing opening to receive a new concrete lintel. Supply and install an approximately 850mm x 350mm concrete lintel, suitably bedded onto the existing blockwork wall. Provide suitable additional support to the lintel as required. Complete blockwork infill to the existing void, up to the underside of the concrete lintel. Work carefully around the existing cables and services within the void. Assist with associated fire-stopping around existing service penetrations. Make good surrounding areas and leave the work area clean and ready for the subsequent fire door installation.
