Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Team Manager to join the Family Safeguarding Team for Brent Council. Duties and Responsibilities: Managing and supervising a team of Social Workers, Senior Social Workers and support staff within the Family Safeguarding Service. Overseeing caseloads involving Child in Need, Child Protection and Care Proceedings. Ensuring high-quality safeguarding practice and effective risk management across the team. Providing leadership, guidance and reflective supervision to drive performance and development. Monitoring team performance, ensuring compliance with statutory duties, policies and procedures. Working in partnership with multi-agency professionals to deliver effective safeguarding interventions. Contributing to service development and promoting best practice across the service.
