The roleAs a BREEAM Consultant, you will:Support contractors with BREEAM requirements throughout construction, commissioning and handover.Help translate BREEAM AP requirements into practical actions for project and site teams.Attend BREEAM workshops, progress meetings and construction site visits.Maintain BREEAM trackers, evidence schedules and action logs.Review contractor and subcontractor evidence and identify compliance risks.Support materials, waste, responsible sourcing, commissioning and other construction-stage credits.Work alongside BREEAM Assessors, contractors and design teams to support successful certification.Assist with final evidence collation and Post Construction Review.About you2+ years'' relevant sustainability/BREEAM experience.Demonstrable experience supporting contractors with construction-stage BREEAM delivery.BREEAM AP qualification is desirable.Strong understanding of BREEAM ..... full job details .....
