      <description>Location: City of Westminster | Salary: &amp;pound;230 - &amp;pound;250/day Dependant on experience | Type: Contract | Breeam AP / Site Sustainability Manager  Breeam AP or Site Sustainability Supervisor or Site Sustainability Manager required for central London construction project.  Contract due to start at the end of May and will run for circa 20 weeks.  The successful applicant will monitor the demolition works and work with the demolition contractor to maximise sustainability throughout the 20 week contract ensuring everything is recorded and documented appropriately.  Looking for applicants with the appropriate BREEAM qualification and have previous construction / demolition experience.  Listed Building experience would be advantageous.
