Set on the seafront with views of the pier, Brighton Beach House spans two floors and features Art Deco inspired interiors, a rooftop terrace and a banana shaped pool specially design by artist David Shrigley. The club menu has been specially created for Brighton, with a focus on seafood while the dining room serves Mediterranean inspired dishes. Breakfast Chef

to join our team at

) . As a breakfast chef you would be responsible to prepare and deliver breakfast service, providing a high standard of fresh food off the club breakfast menu. You''ll oversee the checking of all early morning deliveries and also be able to undertake a varied list of food preparation for the kitchen on a daily basis.
