This is a fantastic opportunity for a Breakfast Chef, Chef de Partie, or experienced Commis Chef looking to join a professional kitchen with an excellent reputation for fresh, locally sourced food and a healthy work-life balance. Working alongside a talented kitchen brigade, you''ll be responsible for delivering high-quality breakfasts while supporting the wider kitchen operation during daytime service. The Role Prepare and cook breakfast service to a consistently high standard Support lunch preparation and service where required Work with fresh, locally sourced ingredients Maintain high food quality, presentation, and consistency Ensure excellent food hygiene and health and safety standards Work efficiently as part of a busy and supportive kitchen team About You To be successful, you''ll have: Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef, Chef de Partie, or similar chef position Experience working in a hotel, gastro pub, restaurant, or golf club kitchen A passion for fresh food and quality cooking The ability to work calmly and efficiently during busy service periods A positive attitude, excellent teamwork, and strong organisational skills Level 2 Food Hygiene (preferred but not essential) What''s on ..... full job details .....
