Breakfast Chef

to join our culinary team at a prestigious 5-star luxury resort in County Durham.What Youll Do:

Prepare and cook high-quality breakfast dishes to a consistently high standard.

Support smooth kitchen operations during breakfast service.

Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are upheld at all times.

Work closely with the wider kitchen brigade and front-of-house teams to deliver a seamless guest experience.

What Were Looking For:

Previous experience as a breakfast chef or in a similar role.

A passion for food and attention to detail.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-end kitchen environment.

Strong organisational skills and a reliable, punctual attitude.

Flexibility to work across weekends and bank holidays as part of a rotating schedule.
