About the Role
This permanent Breakfast Chef role with Berkeley Scott sits at a luxury resort hotel in Bishopton, within commuting distance of Glasgow. Working five days from seven, the successful candidate starts at 5.30am and finishes at 2.30pm, leaving afternoons and evenings free across a 40-hour week. Duties cover buffet and cooked-to-order breakfast service, supporting the Executive Chef and kitchen brigade within a busy operation featuring multiple outlets, events and banqueting. Applicants should bring prior experience as a Breakfast Chef, Chef de Partie or similar in a quality hotel. Pay is £30,160 annually, equivalent to £14.50 hourly, with free parking, leisure club membership and staff discounts.

An experienced Breakfast Chef is required for a luxury resort hotel within commuting distance of Glasgow. The Breakfast Chef will deliver breakfast across both buffet and cooked to order service, working alongside the Executive Chef and the wider kitchen brigade.
It is a busy Food and Beverage operation with multiple outlets, events and banqueting. The ideal Breakfast Chef will have experience as a Breakfast Chef, Chef de Partie or similar within a quality hotel or restaurant. Resort experience is an advantage, though what matters most is consistency, attention to detail and pride in the food leaving the pass.
