About the Role

As Breakfast Chef and Kitchen Administrator, you will take responsibility for the smooth running and organisation of the kitchen during the day. You will oversee breakfast service, ensuring the kitchen delivers consistently high standards before taking responsibility for the administration and organisation of the kitchen operation.

The role will include managing kitchen paperwork, ordering and stock control, maintaining food safety and HACCP records, managing rotas and supporting the Head Chef with the organisation and administration of the wider kitchen.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for an organised and reliable kitchen professional with strong attention to detail and a good understanding of kitchen operations. You''ll be confident running a breakfast service, managing kitchen administration and maintaining high standards around food safety, stock and organisation.

Most importantly, you''ll be someone who enjoys taking responsibility, is comfortable working independently and wants to develop their career while enjoying a much better work-life balance.
