Bread Baker

We are seeking an experienced and passionate bread baker to run the morning shift - 40 hours a week - 4/5 days a week.

Duties

Prepare and bake a variety of breads, including sourdough and baguettes. Prove and bake morning pastries, buns, rolls etc.
Mix, scale, and shape doughs according to recipes and production requirements

Ensure products are consistent throughout

Ensure a clean and tidy working environment
