The role requires attention to detail, safe working practices, and a commitment to achieving production targets while maintaining high levels of quality. Key Responsibilities Production & Quality Perform brazing operations in line with drawings, work instructions, and company standards. Prepare and assemble components prior to brazing. Inspect completed work and identify any quality issues. Maintain a "Right First Time" approach to minimise rework and scrap. Complete production records accurately and support quality improvement activities. Health & Safety Follow all Health & Safety policies and procedures. Use PPE correctly and operate equipment safely. Report hazards, defects, incidents, and near misses promptly. Comply with COSHH requirements and safe handling procedures.
