Due to increased demand across their client portfolio, they are seeking an experienced Braze Martech Consultant to support project delivery during a busy period.The Role and Deliverables Design and deliver customer journeys across email, mobile push, and CRM channels using Braze. Build, optimise, and deploy sophisticated Braze campaigns, automations, and lifecycle programmes. Translate business and marketing requirements into scalable technical solutions and detailed specifications. Work directly with client stakeholders to understand objectives and define effective customer engagement strategies. Develop advanced Braze functionality, including segmentation, Liquid scripting, Content Catalogues, personalisation frameworks, and journey orchestration.
